Passed away in Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, aged 78 years.

Reunited with Mum Sally, Dad Peter, Son Jamie and Daughter Debbie.

We will all miss you so much. Your loving Partner San, heartbroken Children Sharon, Sara and Alan, Brother Dave, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and all your family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Friday 28th November at 10am at Greenacres Crematorium, Blindfoot Road, St Helen's WA11 7HX
